Located west of the Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico on New Mexico Highway 6 (NM 6) just west of US Interstate 25 (I25). NM 6 connects directly to US Interstate 40 (I40), by passing the busy metropolitan area of Albuquerque. The property is just north of the BNSF Transcontinental Line that runs from Los Angeles, California to Chicago, Illinois.

Central New Mexico Rail Park is a 1420 acre large scale master planned regional rail served industrial park. The site is large enough to accommodate multiple uses within the park.
