The term "zoning" is a broad statement that covers a range of terms and or requirements that directly apply to many a development process. The term "entitlement" or "entitlements" refers to the broad spectrum of what is permitted/required of property owners to fully develop a parcel of land/investment.  RIO has the experience and expertise with former governmental officials with private sector developers to navigate this process to bring any development into fruition.
